'StonePromenade' was born out of a simple vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our establishment began as a quaint, family-owned business with recipes that have been passed down from our ancestors.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the traditional pizza craft during her journey across Italy, apprenticing with esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples—the original home of pizza. After her return to the UK, her aim was to replicate the enchantment of classic Italian pizza, honoring age-old techniques and selecting the finest materials.
Starting out as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we have expanded into a treasured neighborhood fixture, still upholding our dedication to excellence and authenticity. We retain ancient wood-burning oven methodologies, prepare our dough freshly each morning, and seek out premium ingredients.
Presently, 'StonePromenade' continues under the custody of the Rossi family's second generation, directing our devoted crew. Although we have embraced technological advancements, our core mission persists: to craft tantalizing, genuine pizza that unites our patrons.
